You can return unworn items to us within 28 days after shipment date - this also applies to reduced merchandise.

Because of technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in C&A stores.

This is how it works:

Fill in the returns form supplied and pop it into the parcel together with the item being returned.
Seal the parcel securely and take it to your preferred shipping partner.
Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us by yourself.

Processing returns and timeframe for processing refunds

Once we have received the items in our logistics centre, a refund is initiated immediately. You will first receive a confirmation email to notify you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded.

The money will then be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. Please note that it may take up to 8 to 10 working days from receipt of our email for the refund to show up in your account.

Returns partner

Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return. You can choose your own shipping method for the return, e.g. your local postal services. Return shipping costs will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner as well as weight and size of the package.

Condition of the goods returned

Please bear in mind that we can only take back goods that are unworn and with the original label attached. Any obvious marks like makeup and lipstick stains or odours will render the item unsaleable. If this is the case, we will return the item to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation.

Complaints, exchanges or returns of online orders are not possible in C&A stores.

How can I exercise my statutory right of withdrawal?

You can withdraw from your order or the contract concluded with us online within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the receipt of the goods. You can submit your withdrawal declaration via the provided online withdrawal form. Alternatively, you can send your withdrawal declaration by post or email to C&A Mode GmbH & Co. KG, Postfach 210 110, 46268 Dorsten, Germany, or to service_eu@shop-c-and-a.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary extended return right of 28 days from the dispatch of your order. You can return your order in full or in part. This applies to both discounted and non-discounted items. Returns handed in at one of our C&A stores are free of charge. You are also free to return the goods at your own expense.

Is it possible to collect several separate orders (parcels) into one and send it back as one return parcel?

No, it isn't. In order to ensure a fast and correct processing of the returns, we ask our customers to always send their returns separately, basing on the original orders and using the shipping label, which can be found in the parcel or provided by our customer service.
