Standard delivery with DHL is charged at 5,90 Euro, regardless of order value.
If, as a EU citizen, you are ordering in this online shop from a country that is not listed below, it is important that when entering your personal details you also supply a delivery address and a billing address within one of these countries.
Please note: Our EU Online Shop can only ship to the following countries, specifically the mainland excluding island territories.
Denmark, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
We do not yet offer the Click & Collect service.

Your orders will be shipped via DHL. Please note: we do not yet offer a Click & Collect service.
Would you like to return one or more items from your order?
To do so, select your most convenient shipping option and send your order back to us. Please keep the receipt of postage until you have received an Email confirming receipt of your returned items. Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us. For technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in C&A stores.
Are you rarely at home at regular DHL delivery times?
We will be pleased to deliver your order to any address of your choice – to your place of work, your neighbour, friend or relative.

Short overview of the most important Emails sent during the order process:
Confirmation of receipt of order
Immediately after your purchase, we will send you an Email confirming receipt of your order. A purchase contract is only entered into when the ordered goods are dispatched which will also be confirmed by Email.
Once your parcel has been transferred to DHL, you will receive another Email.
Receipt of payment (prepayment option)
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation Email.
Confirmation of your returns
Once your returns have been processed by our logistics centre, you will receive a confirmation Email. Further information on returns can be found here.
