Note about our delivery times: We are often asked why we need several days for the delivery. The background is simply that the issue of environmental protection is very close to our hearts: We want to ship your full order in one box instead of different deliveries as this is much better for the environment. This way we avoid unnecessary emissions and packaging materials. This is why we sometimes need a little bit longer delivery time. We care about our planet and hope you share our point of view. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping is free for orders over 19€.

In this online shop, we only deliver to the following countries, specifically the mainland excluding island territories:

Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

When ordering in this online shop, it is important that you provide a delivery address and a billing address that matches one of the countries listed above. The delivery address and billing address always need to be from the same country. If you want to order to another country, please change the webshop by using the dropdown in the footer.

We do not yet offer the Click & Collect service.

Delivery time

You will usually receive your order within the following delivery times after receipt of the order acknowledgement:

  • Czech Republic: 5-7 days

  • Croatia: 5-7 days

  • Denmark: 5-7 days

  • Finland: 7-10 days

  • Greece: 8-11 days

  • Hungary: 6-8 days

  • Portugal: 7-10 days

  • Romania: 5-8 days

  • Slovakia: 5-7 days

  • Slovenia: 4-6 days

  • Sweden: 5-8 days

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an automated Email confirming dispatch.

Shipping partner

Your orders will be shipped via DHL. Please note: we do not yet offer a Click & Collect service.

Would you like to return one or more items from your order?

To do so, select your most convenient shipping option and send your order back to us. Please keep the receipt of postage until you have received an email confirming receipt of your returned items. Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us. For technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in C&A stores.

We will be pleased to deliver your order to any address of your choice – to your place of work, your neighbour, friend or relative.

Short overview of the most important emails sent during the order process:

Confirmation of receipt of order

Immediately after your purchase, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. A purchase contract is only entered into when the ordered goods are dispatched which will also be confirmed by email.

Dispatch confirmation

Once your parcel has been transferred to DHL, you will receive another email.

Receipt of payment (prepayment option)

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email.

Confirmation of your returns

Once your returns have been processed by our logistics centre, you will receive a confirmation email. Further information on returns can be found here.

Invoice via mail (after shipment)

If the place of delivery is in Portugal, you will receive your invoice as PDF file in a separate e-mail.
