We review our material issues annually in the context of stakeholder input and importance to our business. This process includes reviewing consumer insights, sustainability trends, our corporate identity, and our current and future impacts. Additionally, we consider the severity and likelihood of those impacts. Drawing from this input, we identify the top material issues — those deemed most important by our stakeholders and for our business. These top material issues helped us to refine our 2028 Global Sustainability Strategy and inform C&A retail markets as they develop and prioritise goals at the regional level.
We engage with stakeholders to understand their perspectives on key issues as a first step in working together on solutions. We prioritise their input and perspectives, maintaining active dialogue with the relevant stakeholders and including their feedback as we implement new strategies and programmes.
