How can I redeem my voucher code?
You can easily redeem your voucher code during the order process in the fourth step under "Check & Order". There you will find the field "Do you have a voucher code?", in which you can insertit. Afterwards the discount will be deducted from the total price if the voucher conditions are fulfilled.
What do I have to pay attention to when entering the voucher code?
Please pay attention to upper and lower cases when entering the voucher code and click "Redeem voucher". Otherwise, due to technical reasons, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the voucher code. In order to avoid mistakes when entering the voucher code, we recommend that you copy and paste it.
Can I combine several voucher codes?
Please understand that several vouchers usually cannot be combined.
My voucher code could not be redeemed - what now?
If your voucher could not be redeemed successfully, you will receive an error message. In this case, please check whether the voucher conditions are fulfilled. Frequently occurring errors are:
- invalid/expired
- already cashed
- minimum order value not yet reached
- another discount already redeemed
- does not apply to the products placed in the shopping cart.
What are the general voucher conditions?
The General Voucher Terms and Conditions of the C&A Online Shop apply, according to which every voucher
- can only be redeemed once
- is valid for a specific period
- depends on the minimum order value

What happens to a redeemed voucher when I return my order?
Unfortunately, our advertising and promotion vouchers can neither be refunded, paid out nor replaced when an entire order is returned.

I have a C&A gift card - where can I redeem it?
Due to technical and organisational reasons, you can currently only redeem your C&A gift card in our stores. We are already working hard to make it possible to redeem it in the online shop in the near future - thank you for your understanding!

Our C&A gift cards are available in all C&A stores as well as at selected distribution partners.
What happens if I share, divulge or misuse a personal discount code?
You might receive a personal discount code from our customer service team, from our social media team or in our newsletters. Personal discount codes are granted to specific users and are valid for a single purchase, so if you receive one, we kindly ask you to keep it for yourself and respect its redemption conditions. The usage of personal discount codes is limited to a single order by the person they were granted to, and their distribution or misuse might lead to legal consequences.
