What actions can I perform in my customer account?

You have the possibility to view and adjust your personal data, such as addresses and payment methods. You can also follow the status of your order live. The green bar keeps you informed about the current status of your order.

For technical reasons returns, cancellations and changes of your orders are currently not possible within your customer account. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I review my order history?

In the "Orders" section you can view all orders that you have placed from 06.05.2020. Please note that only online orders are displayed here. Purchases made in one of our stores will not be displayed in your customer account.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible, we start processing it right after it is confirmed. For this reason, your order can neither be cancelled nor changed. Also the delivery address and the delivery conditions cannot be changed afterwards. To avoid errors, please check your details thoroughly before completing your order.

Do you still want to cancel? You can return unwanted items to us within 30 days. Here you will find all the information concerning returns. If your address has changed and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and processed as a return, and the purchase amount will be refunded to you.

Your order or individual items were cancelled unintentionally? In rare cases it may happen that an item is already sold out, but is still shown as available in the store. We are very sorry if this was your case. The purchase amount will be credited to the payment method you used to place your order.

Why can I not see my order in my customer account?

For technical reasons, orders will only be displayed in your account from 06.05.2020 onwards.

Is an order you placed after this date missing? In rare cases, technical problems may occur, so the information cannot be displayed at that time. Please be patient and try again later.

How long does it take until my order is visible in my customer account?

Shortly after we have received your order and you have received our e-mail with the order confirmation, your order is also visible in your customer account.

Can I see the current status of my order?

Yes, under "Orders" you will be informed about your current order status. You have the possibility to follow the order status of your order live in the green bar. Once your order has been shipped, you can also check your shipping status via the tracking link.

If you have cancelled or returned an item, it may take some time for the order status in your account to update.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you can select your order under "Orders" and then click on the field "Track shipment". This will automatically take you to the tracking system of the selected shipping partner. Please note that the tracking link will only become active within 24-48 hours.

Is my personal data in the C&A online shop safe?
