C&A appoints new Chief Digital Officer and Director of Country Germany
C&A Europe is pleased to announce two senior leadership appointments:
Joris Van Rooy will join C&A as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) within the European Management Team.
Martina Novotny will join C&A as Director of Country for Germany (DOC), taking over from Eric Andrew Brenninkmeijer who will now focus on his role as Chief Director of Clusters/Countries C&A Europe.

C&A Europe strengthens management team with key appointments
Dusseldorf, 17 February 2021 – C&A Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean Sebastien Guy as Chief People & Culture Officer and Betty Kieß as Head of Corporate Communications Europe, effective 1 March 2021 and 12 April 2021, respectively.

Aleix Busquets Gonzalez to lead C&A’s sustainability strategy and programmes
Dusseldorf, 2 December 2020 – C&A announces that Aleix Busquets Gonzalez has been promoted to Director Global Sustainability, effective as of 1 December 2020.
In this role, he will oversee the implementation of C&A’s global sustainability strategy, drive its European sustainability programmes and ensure alignment with the brand’s sustainability activities in Brazil, Mexico and China.
C&A fully compensates apparel suppliers for all pre-corona orders
Dusseldorf, 29 October 2020 – C&A lives up to its commitment to do its utmost to support apparel suppliers during the COVID-19 crisis. C&A has ensured 100% compensation for all orders previously put on hold and has been placing new orders despite the economic headwinds the fashion industry is facing across Europe.
C&A guarantees payment of all pre-corona orders that were in shipment, already produced or in production, at the original price and according to agreed payment terms. In addition, suppliers are compensated for all pre-corona orders for which production had not yet started, either financially or by placing new orders utilizing raw materials that had already been purchased.
