Our online shop in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Greece is now closed. Purchasing and delivery in these markets is no longer possible. If you have previously placed an order with us, your post-purchase rights remain fully protected. Read below how you can continue to exercise your 28 days return right and warranty rights after the closure of our online store. Thank you for your trust and support.
Order Processing
After 27.02.2026, shipping orders to Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden will no longer be possible. Ordering items to another country where C&A operates requires a shipping and a billing address in that same country.
Orders that have been placed in our Online-Shop before the closure date on 27.02.2026 will be processed as usual.
You will be kept informed about the status of your order. To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible, we start processing it right after it is confirmed. For this reason, your order can neither be cancelled nor changed. Also, the delivery address and the delivery conditions cannot be changed afterwards. To avoid errors, please check your details thoroughly before completing your order.
If you still want to cancel your order, you can return unwanted items to us within 28 days after shipment date. If your address has changed and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and processed as a return, and the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
Your order or individual items were cancelled unintentionally? In rare cases it may happen that an item is already sold out, but is still shown as available in the store. We are very sorry if this was your case. The purchase amount will be credited to the payment method you used to place your order.
You should receive your order within the following time frames after receipt of the order acknowledgement
Denmark: 5-7 days
Finland: 7-8 days
Greece: 9-13 days
Sweden: 5-7 days
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an automated e-mail confirming dispatch.
In your parcel, you will also find your invoice.
Returns
After the closure of our Online-Shop in Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden, you can still return unworn items to us within 28 days after the shipment date. This also applies to reduced merchandise. Please bear in mind that we can only take back goods that are unworn and with the original label attached.
Because of technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in C&A stores.
This is how it works:
Fill in the returns form supplied and pop it into the parcel together with the item being returned.
Seal the parcel securely and take it to your preferred shipping partner.
In order to ensure a fast and correct processing of the returns, we ask our customers to always send their returns separately, basing on the original orders.
Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us by yourself. You can choose your own shipping method for the return, e.g. your local postal services. Return shipping costs will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner as well as weight and size of the package.
Please send your returns to the following address:
C&A Online Shop Münchner Straße 112 30855 Langenhagen / Germany
Once we have received the items in our logistics center, a refund is initiated immediately. You will first receive a confirmation email to notify you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded. The money will then be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. Please note that it may take up to 8 to 10 working days from receipt of our email for the refund to show up in your account.
Warranty rights
If, in exceptional cases, an item does not meet our high-quality standards, you can of course submit a complaint within the statutory warranty period (24 months in Denmark, Finland and Greece or 36 months in Sweden) – this also applies to reduced merchandise. You will not incur any costs.
To exercise your warranty rights after the closure of our Online-Shop in Denmark, Finland, Greece and Sweden, please send an e-mail to our Customer Support: service_eu@shop-c-and-a.com. They will send you the necessary returns documentation. For technical and administrative reasons, it is not possible to make a complaint about online orders in our C&A stores.
Customer Account
After the closure of our Online-Shop in your country, your customer account will not be automatically deleted, because we are still shipping to other countries. However, please bear in mind ordering items to another country where C&A operates requires a shipping and a billing address in that same country.
You can get your account deleted by sending an e-mail to DataProtectionOnline@canda.com, requesting the deletion.
If you haven’t placed an order for a certain time, your account will also be deleted in accordance with GDPR. In this case, data stored in your account will be deleted or anonymized as soon as they are no longer required for the fulfillment of legal storage and documentation obligations. Data that we are required to continue storing due to legal obligations (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods) will be stored exclusively for these purposes and then deleted.
