Your responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of project management methodologies and tools to support HR transformation programs
- Support the coordination of cross-functional project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource collaboration
- Help facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and transparency throughout different project phases
- Track project actions, risks, and mitigation measures, helping to identify and cross-check potential issues
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for senior leadership and project steering committees
- Support the onboarding and integration of new project team members by providing necessary training and guidance
- Manage project documentation and knowledge-sharing processes to maintain an organized project repository
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT/ Tech or a related field
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a keen ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good business English skills; German (B2 or higher) is a strong asset
- Experience with project management software is a plus
