As a working student in our HR team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our HR department. You’ll work closely with our HR team on various tasks therefore we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who is available up to 20 hours a week.

Your responsibilities

  • You will support employee’s onboarding by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • You will collaborate on HR data projects, helping to identify trends and insights
  • You will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department

What you bring

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Most importantly: Passion for People!
