- Establish predictive sales generation models using POS and transaction data to analyze conversion rates, average basket size, and customer purchasing behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to transform financial data into actionable strategies for acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives, including customer lifetime value (CLV) and campaign effectiveness metrics.
- Partner with IT and SAP experts to configure SAP CO (Controlling), COPA (Profitability Analysis), and Material Ledger functionalities tailored to the retail fashion industry.
- Lead data migration and develop advanced BI dashboards that merge internal and external data sources to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Conduct training sessions for finance, merchandising, and marketing teams to promote SAP analytics adoption and data-driven business practices.
What you bring
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP CO, COPA, and integration with POS and e-commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail economics, including inventory dynamics, promotions, and digital profitability.
- Proven success in using financial data to drive pricing, revenue growth, and strategic insights.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and AI-enabled forecasting solutions linked to SAP environments.
- Strong ability to link financial performance with commercial and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, supply chain, merchandising, and marketing.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain finance, management accounting, or FP&A—ideally in the retail fashion sector—with a strong focus on revenue analytics and omnichannel performance.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
