As a working student in the eCom logistics area you will take ownership on certain parts of our supply chain and project management.
Your responsibilities
- Monitoring optimal daily customer order and return fulfilment KPIs in selected areas.
- Support the continuous improvement program in cooperation with the 3PL warehouse operations to optimize cost-benefit relation.
- Support the supervision of the 3PL cost budget in defined business areas.
- Create clear performance reporting on operational processes and/or KPIs.
- Support communication and cooperation with customer representatives within C&A and external service providers
- Support Inbound supplier delivery compliance and evaluate Value Added Services in case of supplier deviations
- Monitor Inbound claims internal C&A if data transfer issues occur. Coordination with C&A Tech department.
- Support the Transport Manager for any logistical questions regarding click & collect store deliveries and returns.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Affinity and basic experience in logistics, preferably in eCommerce
- Affinity and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Effective communication skills, high resilience and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritise and deliver on a high numbers of tasks with varying workloads
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; German knowledge is beneficial
