Your responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data from Loyalty, CRM, eCommerce, and other customer touchpoints to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities
  • Develop customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle analysis to support personalized marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Loyalty program initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and member engagement activities
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to develop reports and KPIs that provide stakeholders with timely visibility into customer performance
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, CRM, and Commercial teams to define measurement frameworks and assess campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify emerging customer trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Support experimentation through A/B testing design, measurement, and interpretation
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to ensure customer data is accurate, accessible, and fit for analytical purposes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage machine learning and AI techniques to improve customer segmentation, personalization, and decision-making
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Champion best practices in analytics, data quality, and customer measurement across the organization

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Physics; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, or Commercial Analytics, ideally within fashion, retail, or another consumer-facing industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced SQL skills; Python knowledge and experience with BI tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Looker, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus
  • Experience working with eCommerce, digital journeys, offline customer data, and customer loyalty programs in an omnichannel environment
  • Knowledge of CLV, retention, churn, customer segmentation, statistical testing, machine learning, and AI-driven customer analytics
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
