Your responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the operational handling of Product Master Data quality issues
- Collaborate with business teams to investigate and resolve data quality issues
- Identify root causes and support the definition of validation rules to prevent recurring errors
- Assist in improving and documenting Data Governance processes and roles
- Support training and enablement activities for business teams, including Jira ticket management
- Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to identify data quality gaps, enabling the Data Governance team to establish appropriate governance policies and frameworks
- Contribute to Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Interest in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management
- Exposure to product or master data, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Available for a full-time internship of six months' duration
