Your responsibilities
- Own and execute digital projects with multiple workstreams, with a special focus on Business Case, Requirement Definition, and end-to-end project management
- Manage and coordinate tasks with a focus on Omnichannel, IT, and other functional areas
- Estimate and evaluate efforts for new E2E business opportunities in order to ensure continuous improvements
- Arrange and delegate feasibility checks for new business ideas in order to ensure efficient operational performance
- Own and work on the implementation of digital projects and change requests that lead to improvements such as higher customer satisfaction, lower operational costs, etc., in order to continuously develop the business and enhance growth
- That ownership includes agile and continuous product development, backlog coordination, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and testing/UAT
- Participate in and contribute your expertise to cross-functional C&A projects in order to contribute with your eCommerce and Omnichannel expertise
- Coordinate budget and resource planning
- Manage and delegate the performance of 3rd-party companies in order to ensure strong and stable business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports within the Digital Operations team, including performance reviews, prioritization, and capability building
What you bring
- Advanced project management skills (theoretical and practical) with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid role combining project management and product ownership responsibilities
- Deep understanding of end-to-end retail processes and their dependencies, including strong supply chain, operations, and eCommerce knowledge across Logistics, Customer Service, Payment, Offline/Retail, and IT
- Good communication and moderation skills, combined with strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented working style
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cross-functional project management (Project Lead role), ideally with PRINCE2 or PMP certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Development, Omnichannel, or Supply Chain with a focus on IT
- Minimum of 2 years of disciplinary leadership experience and ideally experience as a Product Owner
- Advanced knowledge of TestRail, project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, MS Planner, Qualtrics, Miro, Figma, OMS, and Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. SAP)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
