Your responsibilities
• Drive the seasonal implementation of our Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy across around 200 C&A stores in BNL, ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned, and commercially strong presentation that inspires our customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of District VM Managers to ensure high-level execution, alignment, and continuous learning across all store regions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Store Concept, and Product Planning to bring customer-first experiences to life and support key commercial goals.
• Manage and support new store openings and refurbishments, using them as opportunities to train and elevate execution.
• You are flexible to travel frequently (approx. 40–50%) to stores across BNL to ensure executional excellence and hands-on team support.
What you bring
• 7+ years of experience in a Visual Merchandising manager role, with a strong track record of driving store performance, people development, and project delivery – ideally in fashion or retail with national/country scope.
• A unique combination of creative vision and commercial mindset – highly familiar with commercial tools and you understand how to turn VM strategies into measurable results.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills – you know how to motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and lead with clarity.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities – you plan, prioritize well, and bring transparency into everything you do.
• Business proficiency in Dutch and English verbal & written (French is a pre) and a high level of comfort in cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regularly within BNL (and occasionally across Europe).
