This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Business Navigator Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)! In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead HR related Transformation Projects (Future Operation Model) 
  • Business Partner HR & Support Functions (Finance, Procurement, Legal, Comms) 
  • Budget Planning and Monitoring, e.g. Overheads (FTE and Non-FTE) 
  • STIP/Bonus Framework and Salary review process 
  • Point of contact for Financial Reporting and System Integration (SAP, Microstrategy)  
  • Develop, establish and maintain holistic enterprise reporting structure 
  • Pro-actively monitor business performance analysis, insights and recommendations 
  • Ad Hoc Request for senior management 

Your responsibilities

  • As BN FP&A you lead transformation projects, e.g. projects for Overheads efficiency together with Transformation Office and HR. 
  • You set ambitious budgets and multiyear plans together with business owners per department 
  • You built a network in Business Navigation, HR and business to understand numbers and rationales 
  • The outcome supports decision making for Top Management / Supervisory Board and Shareholder 
  • You tell good stories also to non-financial stakeholders 
  • You understand our systems, e.g. Dawaca/Microstrategy and SAP. You are responsible for our cost center, reporting hierarchies and the interfaces including understanding in accounting / IFRS 
  • You steer system development and prioritize future enhancements with Tech and BN

What you bring

  • Strong financial & commercial understanding combined with high accuracy. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Story Telling & Creativeness. 
  • Good understanding of the company’s business processes and data flow. 
  • You must be able to understand complex business problems and design outcomes that accurately capture the complexity of these problems. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint incl. Think Cell. 
  • Flexibility, as workload can be close before the deadlines.
  • High and strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and openness to agile ways of working and able to work independently and proactively.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification. 
  • Passion for reporting and presentation. 
  • Working with people in an agile Team 
  • Experience in project work and support in project management for long years, best in a retail-environment 
  • Fluency in English
