As a Platform Engineer, you build the foundation that accelerates our digital transformation. You enable product teams by providing a secure, scalable Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and modern cloud connectivity, balancing developer autonomy with operational excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Build the Platform & Automate: Design and evolve our Internal Developer Platform to improve developer experience. Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and robust CI/CD pipelines to automate provisioning and deployment.
- Cloud Architecture & Connectivity: Architect scalable solutions on AWS and connect them with the enterprise landscape. You design the "glue" (APIs, Event-Driven Architectures) that makes data flow securely between systems.
- Reliability & Security: Ensure our systems are observable (Monitoring/Logging) and secure by design. You integrate compliance and security controls directly into the platform workflow.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with architects and dev teams to define "Golden Paths." You scout new technologies to continuously modernize our stack.
What you bring
- Cloud Native: Experience with public cloud (AWS preferred) and container ecosystems (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Automation First: You hate doing things twice manually. You are proficient in IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD logic.
- Connectivity: Understanding of APIs, Integration patterns, or Event Streaming (e.g., Kafka) is key to our landscape.
- Coding Skills: You can write scripts or tools (Python, Go, or similar) to glue systems together.
- Mindset: You are a problem solver who values clean architecture and helps others succeed.
- Professional experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in agile environments
