Your responsibilities
Strategic orientation and future planning
• Participation in the development of future-oriented concepts and strategies.
• Identification of optimization potential in existing processes.
Data analysis and reporting
• Conducting analyses based on internal and external data sources.
• Preparation of meaningful reports and presentations for management.
Creating and delivering presentations
• Preparing complex information for different target groups.
• Presenting results and recommendations in internal meetings.
Collaborating with distribution centers (DC) across Europe
• Coordinating and communicating with European logistics locations.
• Supporting the harmonization of processes and standards.
Supporting teams in Germany and the CEE region
• Close collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Provision of technical support and knowledge transfer.
Data control and quality assurance
• Monitoring data quality and ensuring data integrity.
• Identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
What you bring
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, or central planning and/or at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in retail logistics or the fashion/apparel supply chain
• Strong communication skills in English; German speaking skills is nice to have
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• High level of commitment, flexibility, creativity, and reliability
• Communication skills that enable effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders in operational business
