The Onsite Marketing Manager translates the key stories as defined in the global marketing calendar into powerful customer-centric digital campaigns that deliver against ambitious eCommerce growth targets. The manager ensures a strong alignment between internal and external stakeholders to deliver a frictionless consumer journey across website, app, and email.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the digital calendar pre- and in-season to ensure that campaigns are executed as planned across website, app, and newsletter.
  • Develop frictionless consumer journeys for different consumer segments per campaign tier, phase, and objective (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Brief key stakeholders on channel-specific content requirements to ensure all content is optimized for engagement and fit for purpose.
  • Drive operational alignment in the digital ecosystem to achieve excellence in holistic campaign execution.
  • Adhere to the internal quality assurance process and develop continuous channel-specific optimizations for campaign delivery.

What you bring

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good understanding of digital brand and eCommerce business drivers.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes.
  • Experience with digital channel tactics, identifying optimization opportunities based on data insights.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high numbers of tasks with varying workload.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities.
  • Holistic view of digital ecosystem and customer-centric journeys.
  • High resilience and proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in marketing or equivalent business/communications discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/digital experience, preferably in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in project management within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management of internal and external partners.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Fluent in English, preferably knowledge in additional European language.
