Your responsibilities

  • Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance, and control of Total Rewards projects, including, but not limited to Job Grading implementation, Bonus and Target System redesign
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Total Rewards function, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless processes
  • Responsible for administrative tasks in connection with the annual Total Rewards processes
  • Assist in process evaluation and optimization, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to innovative solutions
  • Analyze data to monitor and track Total Rewards program performance, proactively identifying potential discrepancies or delays
  • Conduct quality checks on program-related activities to uphold accuracy and maintain service standards

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a human resources, business, or finance related-degree program
  • Initial experience in human resources and/or Total Rewards is beneficial
  • Good to very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
