Our Supply Chain Processes & Solutions (SPS) department acts as End-to-End process owner and is positioned in the middle between business areas and Tech.

For our Master Data Management (MDM) Team within SPS we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead who will support us in the further development and design of our MDM strategy with a strong focus on processes and according systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and maintain the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, policies, and standards for an end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation.
  • Establish European harmonized MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to continuously optimize business operations.
  • Serve as the overall process owner for MDM, ensuring compliance with guiding principles and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for operational excellence across key commercial functions and develop solutions for implementation.
  • Maximize the value of products within scope and drive process simplification.
  • Lead integration tests, develop training documentation, and support related systems/projects.
  • Foster efficient collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
     

What You Bring:
 

  • University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Master Data Management, business operations, process management, or consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management standards and systems, with experience in coordinating communication between business and IT.
  • Proven track record in MDM implementations and/or similar transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach to work.
  • Effective communication and social skills, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity, and reliability to drive process simplifications and alignments.
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
