This role is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a real estate portfolio in Germany from a back-office perspective. It includes overseeing lease agreements, supporting decision-making for new and existing locations, and acting as a key interface between departments. The position requires strong real estate knowledge, administrative experience, and proficiency in SAP.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for commercial real estate portfolio management in the back office, including comprehensive commercial support of existing properties and lease agreements for stores in Germany
- Sparring partner for the departments Accounting, Controlling, and Portfolio Management
- Support in preparing decision-making bases for existing lease agreements and new locations
- Internal contact person for lease-related questions from other departments (e.g., Sales)
- Processing construction cost subsidies, rent reductions, as well as data entry and maintenance
- Review of the factual and formal accuracy of incoming service charge statements and preparation of service charge statements for subtenants
- Main contact in Germany for the EU project Sedico
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a real estate specialist or a degree in real estate management
- Professional experience in comparable roles or in an administrative environment
- Solid knowledge of commercial real estate management
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
- Basic technical understanding
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
