We are building on more than 180 years of experience in the fashion industry and continuously modernize the company to become an omnichannel fashion retailer. E-comm Traffic Manager is responsible for the strategy and planning of all e-commerce traffic channels web & app for a specific cluster and coordinate this with the relevant channel owners (paid & non paid).

Your responsibilities

  • Build a Strategy for the right channel mix, landing on the right place and right time. 
  • Bring the Strategy to Execution with the wider E-Commerce & Marketing organization.
  • Focus on Customer led full funnel approach ( GET, GROW and KEEP) for the traffic channels.  
  • Co-build a 365 brand/retail calendar across channels with brand/retail moments campaigns with the Promotions & CLU Manager.
  • Lead & prepare weekly & daily trade to achieve our plan with modern scorecards based on OKR & KPI’s for the traffic channels.
  • Ensure collaboration with the Marketing Department to build connected paid marketing & membership journeys.
  • Work with the Lead E-Commerce Sales, E-Commerce Country Manager, Merchanise and E-Commerce Ops to ensure a solid S&OP process, that allows to always have the right stock at the right depth available for your digital channels.
  • Contribute to the development of new market and channel penetration strategies in collaboration with Lead E-Commerce Sales, Country Lead, Merchandise and Range teams.
