This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Working Student (m/f/d) Digital Adoption !

Your responsibilities

  • Explore, test, and evaluate approved AI tools and solutions against practical business scenarios through structured test cases, lightweight solution experiments, and prototypes using appropriate test data. Compare and document findings related to output quality, usability, limitations, human review requirements, and opportunities for reuse
  • Document reproducible examples, prompts, and lessons learned, including cases where solutions do not perform well, while researching relevant AI developments and identifying practical experimentation opportunities
  • Translate experimental findings into practical demos, how-to guides, FAQs, onboarding resources, and learning materials, while explaining technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences, including use cases, required inputs, and limitations
  • Contribute validated examples and demonstrations to trainings, workshops, and AI community sessions, and use employee questions and feedback to identify further testing topics and continuously improve existing guidance
  • Support Digital Champions, AI learning communities, and AI pilots by providing practical examples, preparing scenarios, conducting hands-on testing, collecting feedback, documenting outcomes, and helping create community posts, use-case stories, workshops, and internal showcases based on tested findings and responsible AI practices
  • Maintain and continuously enhance a reusable knowledge base of test findings, demos, prompts, guidance, and best practices to support knowledge sharing, employee enablement, and AI adoption

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related technical discipline
  • You have a strong interest in AI and enjoy hands-on experimentation, problem-solving, and exploring how technology can support everyday work
  • You communicate clearly in English and can explain technical findings to non-technical audiences. German is an advantage
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 to document findings, prepare presentations, and collaborate with colleagues
  • You can structure test scenarios, assess results critically, and document findings clearly and reproducibly
  • You can translate your findings into clear, engaging learning materials and practical demonstrations
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools through coursework, personal projects, or previous work is an advantage
  • Basic experience with Python, APIs, or low-code/no-code automation is an advantage; advanced software engineering experience is not required
  • You work proactively, reliably, and with attention to detail. Experience in training, content creation, or knowledge sharing is beneficial
