The HR Business Partner serves as a link between organizational objectives and the development of our people. This is a key role in fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce, while driving initiatives to contribute to our C&A success.
We invite HR experts with experience and solid Polish labour law knowledge to join our team of 9 HR professionals in 9 countries all over Europe, from Switzerland to Romania.

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with and support line managers on HR matters in their daily business as leaders
  • Provide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management, labour law, talent management, organizational development and local contact to trade unions
  • Be a strategic partner in identifying and implementing talent solutions to solve business needs
  • Analyze HR data and trends to propose solutions and enhance workforce effectiveness
  • Take responsibility for local roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, change management, and team development together with HR-colleagues in other countries

What you bring

  • Strong communication and negotiating skills; experience with trade unions as an asset
  • An University degree or at least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources with solid labour law knowledge
  • Enthusiasm to work with people and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel in Poland on a weekly basis (C&A store visits)
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data
  • Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • As an asset, not a must: project management experience
  • Good communication level in English
