Our Supply Chain domain is one of eight tech domains within C&A shaped around 150ctech, product, and design peers. We are developing creative and innovative digital solutions supporting the company’s key logistics and sourcing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and leading high-performing teams, has a strong technical background, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing one or more cross-functional engineeringteams to drive goals and objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment thatfosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration
  • Fostering engineering and operational excellence within your team(s), as well asidentifying training opportunities and career development strategies
  • Building engineering capabilities within the team to ensure engineering andoperational best practices
  • Pairing with the Product Manager and Product Designer on the steering of theteam’s roadmap
  • Managing Engineers, as well as hiring and retaining talents
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, andevaluating their potential impact on the company's products and services

What you bring

  • Relevant Engineering Management experience, or in a similar technicalleadership role
  • Leading with humility and empathy, mentoring others, as well as posessing theability to effectively delegate
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to present complextechnical information in a clear, and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to split large features into smaller deliverables to deliver value as earlyand as often as possible
  • Great passion for technology and software development

    Great to have

  • Have experience in designing and implementing microservices in a complexecosystem (Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot, AWS)
  • Have experience with frontend technologies (Typescript, React, Tailwind)
  • Have experience with message brokers and databases (RabbitMQ, Kafka,PostgresSQL)
  • Have experience with effective ways to leverage GenAI in software delivery
