The future looks like you

C&A is seeking a seasoned Process Leader with SAP and fashion retail expertise to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme team and define standardised end‑to‑end retail processes.

The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize end‑to‑end (E2E) business processes and technology across Merchandising, Planning, Ordering/Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, and Master Data.

The End‑to‑End Process Transformation & Governance Lead is accountable for establishing and embedding strong, enterprise‑wide E2E process governance. The role leads the definition of future‑state processes aligned to industry and SAP best practices and ensures they are consistently defined, owned, and documented across the organisation. Bringing deep industry and SAP expertise, this role works hands‑on with C&A process teams to drive clarity, standardisation, disciplined decision‑making, and timely execution. This role will play a critical part in the largest digital transformation in the history of C&A!

Your responsibilities

  • Establish, lead, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide E2E process governance function for C&A by embedding a scalable, lean, and outcome-focused framework; ensuring clear ownership, accountability, standards, and system-of-record documentation; chairing governance forums (Working Group and Steering Committee) to drive alignment and decision-making; fostering a strong cross-functional process community; and enabling enterprise-wide capability uplift through structured change prioritization, playbooks, training, and coaching.
  • Lead the F4F E2E process workstream. Develop and maintain a clear, executable roadmap aligned with the overall transformation programme. Ensure delivery against agreed objectives, proactively remove blockers, and ensure appropriate staffing and resource utilisation to meet timelines.
  • Ensure timely definition of interim, transition, and future‑state (To‑Be) end‑to‑end processes across the full F4F scope, starting with early MVPs (e.g. Assortment Planning). Align future‑state processes to fashion industry best practice, track execution against agreed milestones, surface risks early, and connect E2E processes to downstream governance (change, testing, cutover, and adoption).
  • Define, recommend, and secure leadership alignment on end‑to‑end roles and responsibilities required to support new ways of working across the future operating model.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across the E2E process landscape. Develop and drive action plans to resolve blockers or delays. Provide regular, transparent progress and risk updates to senior leadership.
  • Steer external process expertise (System Integrator) to accelerate E2E process definition and ensure alignment with SAP and industry best practice.

What you bring

  • Deep experience in end‑to‑end process architecture and governance for large‑scale transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of standard fashion retail end‑to‑end process models.
  • Deep industry best practice expertise across areas such as Planning, Allocation, Merchandising etc.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA process standards and the implications of design decisions on configuration and outcomes.
  • Ability to operate across business, IT, and external partners with authority and neutrality.
  • Strong facilitation, decision‑driving, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Capability to translate complexity into clear, actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while enforcing structure and execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and executive‑level presence.
  • High resilience, pragmatism, and bias for action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in E2E process design, ERP‑enabled transformation, or operating model change.
  • Proven experience leading process governance across multiple functions and systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA process adoption and standardisation.
  • Hands‑on experience with process definition and modelling tools (e.g. Signavio).
  • Experience working with system integrators and SaaS vendors in complex programme environments.
  • Experience in fashion omnichannel business
