District Manager

As a District Manager, you will drive commercial and operational excellence across multiple stores, owning the P&L performance for your area. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire Store Leaders and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve ambitious sales goals, and execute our company strategy with excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and operational performance of a group of stores, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Partner with the Sales Lead to align regional goals with overall business strategy.
- Manage budgets and costs effectively, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Champion operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and processes.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing Store Leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession.
- Monitor key KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement targeted action plans.
- Drive visual merchandising and in-store experience excellence to maximize consumer engagement and sales.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and company regulations across all stores.
- Serve as the local ambassador for the brand, representing the business with external stakeholders such as landlords and mall management.
