C&A is seeking a dynamic and motivated Controller to join our team, responsible for the CEE countries, including Austria and Switzerland. In this role, you will be part of an open and collaborative environment where controlling is seen as a true sparring partner to management. Your responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and support to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including retail, real estate, and kogistics, to understand and influence key performance levers.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and negotiation to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Minimum of financial skills and experience in controlling or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and approach problems creatively.
  • Structured and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on approach with a drive to follow up on actions and persistently achieve goals.
  • Open-minded and a true team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

The collectively agreed salary for the advertised position is EUR 2,471 per month on a full-time basis plus an all-in overpayment. We are of course prepared to make an overpayment in line with the market depending on individual qualifications and professional experience.
