People are intrinsic to our transformation mission, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to attract, recruit and select top talent for our Corporate Functions teams within our Düsseldorf Head Office, ensuring a consistent and high-level experience for all involved. 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop clear and successful data-driven hiring strategies for our Corporate Functions teams, including Finance, Legal, HR and Corporate Communications. 
  • Develop and implement strong selection capabilities that deliver high quality hires, ensuring an inclusive hiring process and a consistent and compelling candidate experience.  
  • Implement various sourcing strategies for candidates, leveraging existing talent acquisition channels and exploring new sourcing opportunities to build talent pipelines and pools.  
  • Effectively manage the applicable recruitment processes, which may include writing job ads, source candidates, screen CV's, conduct candidate screenings and selection interviews, organising assessments and negotiate offers with candidates.  
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent.  
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research, including optimising of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable the team to work more efficiently.  
  • Contribute to TA projects e.g., employer branding and digital talent recruitment to strengthen our position in the market. 

What you bring

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   

  • Track record of delivery in an enterprise-scale matrix environment, with an understanding of business and organisational evolution  
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and proactive candidate engagement  
  • A data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, with clear examples of using insights and facts to advise and influence key stakeholders  
  • Ability to structure, plan, implement and monitor talent Acquisition strategies  

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment at an enterprise scale 
  • Corporate/in-house experience is preferred in at least one of these areas: Finance, Legal, HR and Corporate Communications.
