This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Windows Creator Manager (m/f/d) – limited to 1 year!

As the Windows Creator Manager, you will be responsible for actively managing and coordinating the development, alignment, and implementation of merchandise presentation, mannequin key looks, and styling across windows and style courts. This role serves as the central Visual Merchandising point of contact across all divisions for seasonal key looks and highlight product presentations. You will support the Unit Lead in creating windows and style courts that drive conversion, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. This responsibility is fully embedded within one team and is guided by an efficient end-to-end process.

Your responsibilities

  • Co-create and align all window outfit styles and key product presentations in close collaboration with Product, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Marketing teams
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal window and style court mock-ups and sign-offs
  • Drive the implementation of window concept setups, including procurement of samples, window staging, mannequin styling, and detailed photographic documentation
  • Manage the creation of detailed Windows VM guidelines and instruction manuals for store implementation
  • Manage and update the windows merchandise calendar for cross-functional use across the business
  • Develop brand campaign extensions at Style Courts to further enhance commercial visibility — in partnership with the In-Store Marketing and VM teams
  • Manage seasonal records and maintenance of window and style court elements to ensure sensible reuse and storage in store stockrooms
  • Monitor retail competition, seasonal and consumer-moment launches — create and coordinate seasonal overviews to be shared across the business

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or fashion-related studies
  • 5+ years of working experience in Visual Merchandising, Window/Concept Creation, and Mannequin Styling, with a proven track record across performance, people, and projects
  • Strong expertise in visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and retail window creation
  • Keen sense of and interest in retail fashion, trends, and creative design
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; knowledge of project management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); proficiency in business English preferred
  • Ability to be agile, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multitask
  • Strong team player and collaborator with a positive, forward-looking mindset
  • Comprehensive experience and confident use of MS Office programs
  • Confident handling of Adobe programs preferred (Photoshop, InDesign)
