As an HR Business Partner, you play a key role in connecting our organizational goals with the development of our people. In this position, you help build an inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing workforce while driving initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and directly contribute to our overall success.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals and foster a culture of executional excellence
  • Provide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development 
  • Support and advise on HR matters, utilizing a people-centric approach
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to propose data-driven solutions and enhance overall workforce effectiveness 
  • Act as a strategic partner in identifying, assessing, and implementing talent solutions that align with business needs
  • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, change management, and team development

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience in HR practices and principles, preferably in a business partner or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from HR data and metrics
  • Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
