As a E-Commerce Operation Manager (m/f/d) you take ownership on certain parts of our supply chain by monitoring and reporting processes and driving structural improvements, while maintaining optimal performance for our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and ensure optimal daily customer order and return fulfilment process by 3PL Arvato in selected areas, achieving high e-commerce business results.
- Identify, initiate and implement continuous improvement of the performance of the 3PL warehouse operations to optimise cost-benefit relation.
- Support the supervision of the 3PL cost budget in defined business areas.
- Create clear performance reporting on operational processes and/or KPIs.
- Identify, initiate and implement projects with external service providers to fulfil business growth and sufficient warehouse capacities.
- Communicate and cooperate with customer representatives and service providers in daily business to fulfil service level agreements.
- Support in identifying market and customer needs to design feasible, efficient and innovative service solutions for requirement fulfilment.
What you bring
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce Operations or Logistics experience
- First experience in managing operational teams and cooperation with external business partners
- Experience in development and implementation of E-Commerce processes and system applications
- First experience in operational transformation and change management
- High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity, and reliability
