Your responsibilities

As a Business Process Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving process simplification and maximizing the value of business solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
  • Evaluating market developments, industry trends, and new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assessing and validating the feasibility of proposed solutions across end-to-end business processes
  • Supporting the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of business tools and systems
  • Providing first- and second-level support for delivered solutions
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Creating training materials and delivering training sessions to enable effective adoption of new tools and processes

What you bring

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business operations, process management, ERP implementations, or consulting
  • A passion for process improvement and continuous simplification
  • A solid understanding of retail business processes, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry
  • Good awareness of market trends, innovations, and digital solutions
  • Experience working with both Agile and traditional project methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
