As a Business Process Specialist for Allocation and Replenishment, you are responsible for shaping and supporting the development of our Allocation and Replenishment systems to enhance operational excellence. You will identify opportunities for process simplification and create clear business rules. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will gather their requirements and design effective solutions that drive improvements and streamline our supply chain processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Optimize the use of our Allocation and Replenishment solutions to drive simplifications that improve efficiency and provide a competitive edge.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining C&A's processes.
  • Convert business process proposals into actionable solutions and ensure they are feasible within the end-to-end (E2E) process.
  • Provide first and second-level support for the tools in use to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure that the tools and processes integrate seamlessly into the E2E Supply Chain.
  • Conduct integration testing and partially lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure tools are functioning as intended.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to business professionals to ensure the effective utilization of the implemented tools.

What you bring

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent background
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, process management, or consulting
  • Proven track record in process improvement and a drive for simplification
  • Strong solution-oriented mindset with critical and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach while capable of independent work
  • Technical knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience in business operations, process management, or ERP implementations
  • Fluent in English
