Content Upload Manager (m/f/d)

Please note: This job is limited to a 12 months contract only (materinty cover).

Your responsibilities at C&A 

• Ensure the upload of all required content in the different channels for all webshops within the expected quality & time to assure a frictionless consumer journey
• Provide the correct appearance of landingpages and any additional promotion across channels to drive the promotions in the best possible way towards our consumers for each e-shop
• Responsible for the general and continuous quality assurance for all shop environments across all locales
• Ensure the maintenance of basic SEO settings to support the SEO Team
• In addition you will test new features in order to support the Customer Experience Department and improve the internal search function supporting the Search Experience Manager
• You will work and support cross-functionally together with other Teams such as SEO, Customer Experience, Search Experience and Customer Service to always aim for the best customer experience in our webshops as possible

What we expect from you

• Digital affinity and ability to deal with all necessary tools (CMS)
• Being detailed and able to deliver the necessary uploads in time and with expected quality
• Capability to work in a fast-paced digital environment and being self-organized
• Ability of self-initiative in case of frictions in the Consumer Journey
• Fluent in English both written and oral, an additional language would be beneficial
• Knowlenge of Content Management Tools is be plus (such as Contentful, Wordpress or similar)
