UX Researcher (m/f/d)

As the UX Researcher, you will take an active role in research, applying both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover and deliver user insights. Your work will have an important practical application as research plays a key part in the design and development strategy of the products we work on.
Your responsibilities at C&A
- You are part of the interdisciplinary User Research & Experimentation team comprising user researcher, CX and CRO manager working closely with digital product management and stakeholders within our digital organization
- You continuously improve the user experience of our customers by initiating and applying qualitative research methods (e.g. interview studies, focus groups, remote usability testing) as well as quantitative methods (e.g. on-site surveys, questionnaire studies)
- You are responsible for the setup, the execution, and the analysis of research studies
- You interpret results and communicate insights to stakeholders in a suitable format
- Based on gained insights you generate ideas and support developing hypotheses for experimentation and personalization
- You work closely with Product Managers and UX designer to create new user-centered concepts for currently ten C&A country shops with the overall goal to increase customer satisfaction, user experience and conversion rate
- You exchange closely within the User Research & Experimentation team, UX designer and digital product management to coordinate the corresponding roadmaps
- You are an advocate of our consumers and an active contributor to build a test & learn culture within the organization
We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all of the following:
- You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the fields of cognitive science, human computer interaction, communication design, social science, market research, (business or media) computer science or comparable trainings
- You bring with you several years of relevant experience in the field of user or market research
- You have very good methodological skills in user research
- You are passionate about quant. methods and data but also like to talk to customers
- You have a good knowledge in human-centered design
- You are familiar with common research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Hotjar, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS) and UX design tools (e.g. figma)
- You have a high degree of initiative, you are well structured, and you find the right balance between pragmatism and detail in your daily doing
- You have strong analytical skills, you are a team player and a strong communicator
- You speak fluently German and English
