Simple layaway procedures and dependable product guarantees give peace of mind. Those with mobility challenges find C&A stores to be easily accessible, and everyone can intuitively find their way around in our stores.
Clothing available in real-time
C&A is decisively improving the availability of the items customers need. Using cutting-edge RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags, we at C&A can gather real-time information on what we have in stock and where. RFID enables us to identify items without direct contact or barcodes. That makes it easier for us to ensure we have the different colors and sizes that our customers desire available in our C&A stores. RFID labels are currently used in 100 stores in Germany and will gradually be introduced throughout C&A Europe.
