Your responsibilities at C&A:
- Execute Central Indirect Procurement initiatives for the assigned Category Portfolio centrally to ensure on time value and required service levels
- Implement and drive high level of adoption of procurement policies, procedures and programmes for the assigned Category Portfolio to ensure the overall Indirect Procurement Targets delivery
- Execute non-merch cost reduction programmes launched centrally to realize significant savings for the group short- and mid-term within the Spend portfolio to deliver results centrally and for the markets.
- Responsible for execution of the indirect procurement P2P processes, centralised contract management to ensure the overall compliance within the assigned Category Portfolio
- Responsible for Central supplier selection process and implementation of all necessary approval flows in compliance with the Delegation of Limits standards and other P2P/Contract management policies for the assigned Category Portfolio
- Identify savings opportunities for the category and partner with the Central Indirect Procurement Team and market business partners to capture savings in the most efficient way for the assigned Category Portfolio
- Execute contract excellence practices, perform negotiation with european vendors and execute sourcing processes to ensure Indirect Procurement Team contributes to the overall business objectives and Indirect Procurement targets
- Develop and improve relationships with vendors to manage supplier performance issues in collaboration with relevant internal business customers
- Provide Indirect Procurement reports on time and with the required quality standards
What we expect of you:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in indirect Category buying, on a similar category
- Experience in or demonstrated capability of managing commercial results in indirect procurement
- Extensive knowledge of Indirect Procurement P2P standards and processes
- Sense of urgency and ability to approach and solve problems proactively, anticipating and flagging issues before they occur
- Positive and forward-looking mindset with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English
