This is your chance to join the C&A team as Store Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Execute and localize store operations strategies
- Act as the main operational contact for store leaders, Group Store Leads and Sales Leads, providing direct support and guidance
- Facilitate clear, timely, and actionable communication between market leadership and store teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Security, Health & Safety, Retail Systems, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, People & Culture) to ensure effective execution of store initiatives
- Monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance data and support in defining and executing improvement actions
- Simplify and optimize workflows and governance structures to ease the operational burden on store teams
- Ensure consistency and compliance with workforce and operational standards across all stores
- Align market-specific operational initiatives with EU commercial excellence guidelines
- Identify and escalate recurring operational issues to the Store Operations Lead, contributing to long-term solutions
What you bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store operations, ideally at a market or regional level
- Proficiency in English and the local market language is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and market-specific challenges
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and implementing operational improvements
- Ability to adapt and execute global strategies in a local market context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with focus on delivering results
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
