As a District Manager you would be responsible for running between 15-20 of C&A's stores in a particular country. This requires that you are able to demonstrate proven leadership skills and that you exercise great people management skills. We're looking for people with proven ability in retail for these functions either from within our own stores or from the industry. Our District Managers are passionate about our stores and about the impact they can make on their commercial performance. Customers have high standards and at C&A we like to deliver exceptional value for money in attractively merchandised stores. As a District Manager you would be responsible for ensuring each and every store in your district achieves the very standards our customers expect and appreciate.
